The Chevallier Brewing Company, named after the Chevallier family's heritage barley, is a brand relaunched by Bruha Brewing, focusing on lager and kegged beers. Their core range includes six beers, each named after individuals connected to the Chevallier family and their Suffolk roots. The beers are brewed using Chevallier barley, first cultivated by John 'Barley' Chevallier, a four-times great-grandfather of the founders. Bruha Brewing also offers a selection of cask ales with a modern twist.
